Welcome to Winning with Delena
Built on faith. Rooted in service. Designed to help you win—without losing yourself.
If you’re here, I truly believe it’s not by accident.
Winning with Delena / In Business to Serve was born out of real life—real pressure, real faith, real rebuilding, and real obedience. This space is for aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners who know God has placed something within them but need clarity, confidence, and direction to move forward.
My husband and I know firsthand what it feels like to carry responsibility, vision, and uncertainty at the same time.
A little of our story
Our entrepreneurial journey didn’t start with a perfect plan—it started with a need.
At one point in our lives, we realized we could no longer afford to let circumstances dictate our future. We had a family to care for, bills to pay, and a deep conviction that God had more for us than survival. So we stepped out in faith and built businesses from the ground up—sometimes with clarity, sometimes with nothing but obedience and prayer.
I launched my first business out of necessity, not hype. Over time, that step of faith opened the door to multiple ventures—bookkeeping, consulting, loan signings, mentoring, and creative projects—all built with one guiding principle:
Serve people well, and success will follow.
Together, my husband and I learned that entrepreneurship isn’t just about income—it’s about stewardship. Stewardship of time. Stewardship of gifts. Stewardship of the people God assigns to you.
And let me be honest—there were seasons where it was heavy.Seasons where we questioned ourselves.
Seasons where the excitement faded, and responsibility felt louder than purpose.
But every season taught us this truth:
When your business is aligned with your values, your faith, and your capacity, it stops feeling like a burden and starts feeling like an assignment.
